Scope is a risk decision. Fewer systems, held to a higher standard, fail less often and cost less to trust.

Software should serve the operator using it, not a growth metric. No dark patterns, no lock-in by confusion.

Ledgers, controls, and audit trails age well. Announcements don't. We ship when the work can be relied on.
